An architectural design proposal was developed for a new Design Center to support collaboration between Lotte and ID KAIST. The building is planned with a total floor area of approximately 1,340㎡, a building area of approximately 450㎡, and three above-ground floors. Designed to create visual unity and physical continuity with the existing ID KAIST building, it represents a future in which Lotte and KAIST move forward together while building on the department’s heritage. In addition, the dynamic form of the letter “D” in ID was expressed through the façade windows. The project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.
